Victor Giglio Return Policy

At Victor Giglio we strive for perfection and only deliver custom made products of the highest quality. However, we understand that there may be situations where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we have created a returns policy that takes into account both the nature of custom made products and your satisfaction as a customer.

Returns Policy

Since all our suits and shirts are custom made to your personal specifications, returning or exchanging these items is in principle not possible. However, there are exceptions where we can offer a solution:

1. Errors in Production

If you receive an item that deviates from the specifications as agreed (for example an incorrect size or model), we request that you inform us within 7 days of receiving the product. In this case, we will adjust or replace the item free of charge.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we request that you contact us immediately. You must report this within 7 days of receipt. We will then inspect the article and, if justified, replace the product or carry out the necessary repairs.

3. Minor Adjustments

After receiving your custom suit or shirt, minor adjustments may be needed for a perfect fit. We offer free adjustments within 14 days of receiving the product, so you are assured of an optimal result.

Exclusions from Returns

The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that are custom made according to your specific wishes and where no errors in production have been found.
• Wear or damage caused by use.
• Change of personal preference after receiving the product (e.g. color, style or design).

Return procedure

If you wish to claim a return, adjustment or replacement based on the above conditions, we kindly request that you follow the following steps:

1. Please contact our customer service within the specified period of 7 days by email (peter@victorgiglio.com) or telephone (+31 40 235 0102).
2. Please provide a detailed description of the problem, including photos if applicable.
3. After your request has been assessed, you will receive further instructions regarding the return procedure or any adjustments.
